Shipping Policy

Please ensure that correct shipping address is provided. As title and risk will pass to you once the order has left from our premises. Product will be delivered directly to the customer and delivery date will be as per discussion with customer once the transaction is authorized and deemed reliable. No deliveries will be done until the order has been processed. BTC bullions Trading company will make every effort to ensure shipment of orders will be done timeously however unforeseen circumstances causes delays. Product purchased on www.btcegyptgold.ae will also only be delivered to the customer provided the correct delivery address is provided and BTC bullion Trading company will not accept any third party collection.

Return and Exchange policy

We will not offer refunds and exchanges but will buy back goods if they meet the conditions mentioned below. All returns will be bought back at the current market value and not the value of the item when initially purchased.

To be eligible for a buy back, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and undamaged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept returns of any personalized items.
